Recent Projects
And when I say recent, I mean not so recent. My full-time gig at the San Francisco SPCA is very full-time, so this site is very much on the back burner.
I'm under NDA for my most recent integration project, but I'll post screenshots when the site goes live. It's the most complex CSS-based site I've ever worked on, and it has rekindled my hatred for Internet Explorer. Boy do I hate Internet Explorer.
I made some very simple Flash movies and did some custom CSS for the remodeled Daegis website, which went live just before Thanksgiving.
Around the same time, I also got to make the Macy's Holiday Windows pages for The San Francisco SPCA. Three pages, three webcams, each dedicated to a window in which adoptable animals frolic and, well, sleep a lot.
The new San Francisco Arts Education organization site is up and running. We built the site using Squarespace technology, so I wrote a bunch of CSS code to customize the look and functionality per SF Arts Ed's specifications.
Through Sprout Designs, I continue to maintain the SF/SPCA site.
Earlier this year, I launched a new site for designer/carpenter, Earl Flewellen (http://www.flewellendesign.com/). The site was designed, and beautifully at that, by Sonia at Area 22. It was the first site I'd ever built from scratch using CSS instead of tables for positioning.
Once I’d completed work on the basic version of the site, I created a mobile device-ready version simply by adding a couple of lines of code to each page and creating a new stylesheet. What do you know? One of the promises of CSS-P realized!

I also updated Isabel Samaras’s site for her fabbo art opening May 9 at The Shooting Gallery in SF. Izzy was kind enough to give us a shoutout in her Juxtapoz online interview.
